We are offering a work environment that allows all members to work remotely from home. However, we also believe in the importance of appropriate offline communication. As a general rule, employees are required to work in the office two days a week (with three days a week being recommended). The office has a free-address policy, and members work sharing each other's presence at the office via tools like Google Calendar.
A neighborhood housing allowance of up to 20,000 yen will be provided for those who live in the vicinity of their office. In addition, a relocation incentive of 100,000 yen will be provided for new relocations to areas eligible for the neighborhood housing allowance.
