The reason Money Forward is recognized inside and outside our company for having amazing people is that everyone values mutual “Respect”, holding each other in the highest regard.
We are fortunate to have members from diverse backgrounds, so we always want to maintain an attitude of "Respect" and consideration for each other.
Our culture “Respect” is something that can only exist between one another. Without other members, we cannot have “Respect”. That's precisely why it's something we should always keep in our hearts.
With this belief in our mind, we've chosen the theme "Cheers for Peers!" for our beer. A toast to your peers, and a toast with your peers. When you open this beer, take a moment to reflect on this idea.
