Prevention of Harassment in Connection with Job-Seeking Activities

To enable job seekers and others to participate in recruitment activities with peace of mind, the Company has established a Consultation Desk to receive consultations regarding harassment. If you experience harassment or other inappropriate conduct by any officer or employee of the Company or any other person involved in recruitment activities (including recruitment screening, company information sessions, internships, etc.), please contact the Consultation Desk specified below. The Company shall not subject any individual to disadvantageous treatment in the recruitment screening process on the grounds that such individual has sought consultation.

〇 Policy on the Prevention of Harassment in Connection with Job-Seeking Activities

  • All communications from the Company (such as scheduling and screening results) shall be made through Company email addresses or recruitment services used by the Company. The Company shall not proceed with the screening process solely through communications via the personal accounts of its officers or employees.

  • The dates and times of meetings and interviews shall be determined in consultation with job seekers and others. The Company shall not unilaterally designate late-night or early-morning hours.

  • When a one-on-one meeting is held, it shall be conducted in an environment visible to third parties, such as the Company's premises, rental meeting rooms, school campuses, or nearby open spaces.

〇 Information to Be Included in Your Email

  • Please include the name and affiliation of the individual seeking consultation (if affiliated with a corporation, the name of the corporation and position; if affiliated with a school, the name of the school), and other relevant information. Anonymous consultations are also accepted. However, please note that, in the case of an anonymous consultation, the Company will be unable to conduct follow-up interviews to obtain information necessary for an investigation, and therefore may be unable to carry out an investigation.

  • Please provide specific details, such as when and where the incident occurred, who did what to whom, whether anyone other than the individual seeking consultation witnessed the incident, and what kind of response the individual wishes the Company to take.

  • When the person in charge at the Consultation Desk contacts the individual seeking consultation, such contact shall, in principle, be made by replying to the email received. If you wish to be contacted by a method other than email, please include your contact information and preferred method of contact in your email.

〇 Handling of Consultations

  • The details of consultations and information concerning the individual seeking consultation shall be handled only by those persons in charge to the extent necessary for fact-finding and response, and shall be used solely for the purposes of fact-finding, corrective measures, and prevention of recurrence.

  • If it becomes necessary to disclose information that could identify the individual seeking consultation to any third party, including the alleged perpetrator, the Company shall confirm the wishes of the individual seeking consultation in advance.
